I have just finished a review of Adrenaline Junkies and Template Zombies by Tom DeMarco et el. The authors detail 86 different behavioural patterns that apply to projects. They are mostly aimed at software projects; however I think they apply to other fields as well. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
