Ever had the feeling that Bill (not his real name) is not pulling his weight? I'm sure most of us have levelled that accusation at someone or been the target of the accusation. How should you deal with it,especially if you're the one leveling the accusation? Mark Levison has taken a look at the issue and written a few suggestions. Basically, Mark suggests that we should cast off our preconceived ideas about people and look into why we think people are not performing and then take action. This seems to be very good advice, although in my experience it is difficult to push preconceived ideas aside. It can be done, but it requires perserverence.

I think Mark's blog is very good and well worth reading.
